Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

We want you to feel confident ordering from ActionVerse. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under the laws of your country or region.

UK cancellations

For customers in the United Kingdom, where the applicable consumer contract rules give you a right to cancel, you can normally tell us that you want to cancel within 14 days after the day you receive the goods, without giving a reason. After telling us that you are cancelling, you generally have a further 14 days to send the goods back.

We will normally issue any refund due within 14 days after receiving the returned goods or appropriate evidence that they have been sent back, subject to applicable law. Where required by law, the refund will include the cost of standard delivery.

Voluntary change-of-mind returns

Outside mandatory cancellation rights, we offer a voluntary change-of-mind return window of 30 days from delivery for eligible items. The item should be unused, unopened and in resalable condition, with original packaging and accessories.

Return shipping for an approved change-of-mind return is normally paid by the customer. This voluntary return option does not reduce or replace statutory rights.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible if an item arrives damaged, defective, materially different from its description, or if you received the wrong item. Where required by applicable consumer law, we will provide the appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return costs where we are responsible.

Change-of-mind exclusions

Some products may be excluded from voluntary change-of-mind returns where permitted by law, including personalised or made-to-order goods and sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health, hygiene or safety reasons after opening.

Refunds

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method unless applicable law permits or requires another method. Processing time after we issue a refund can vary by the payment provider or bank.
