These Terms of Sale apply to products purchased from ActionVerse through our online store and should be read together with our Shipping & Delivery Policy and Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy.

Product and price

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions, images and pricing. If we identify a material error before accepting an order, we may contact you to confirm whether you want to proceed or cancel for a refund.

Payment

Payment is due when you place the order unless the checkout explicitly provides another arrangement. Payment details are handled by the payment service available at checkout.

Acceptance and availability

We may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, there is a clear listing error, payment cannot be authorised, or legal or operational circumstances prevent fulfilment. Where you have already paid, we will provide any refund required.

Returns and consumer rights
